Warm sunsets and warm colors. This watercolor on archival Aquabord was painted in Glen Haven on the shores of Lake Michigan as the sun went down over Sleeping Bear National Lakeshore. It was a joy to paint while people were splashing and laughing in the waves making sure to enjoy every minute of a magical Michigan summer. This was painted at the Sunsetter event as part of the Glen Arbor Paint Out weekend. The archival painting is sealed with UV archival spray and cold wax medium allowing it to be frame and displayed without glass.
